This is Balance, the Bulletin Board offered in support of Manic Depression / Bipolar Affective Disorder sufferers throughout Scotland and elsewhere.

You are very welcome to read any of the articles in Balance, but to add a post or reply to others' posts, to use the e-mail facility, or to send and receive Private Messages through Balance, we ask you to register and we hope you do so. (Registration is free, and does not commit you to anything.)

There is the usual "small print" concerning the operation of Recovery in other articles in this Forum which we ask you to read; most of it is intended to keep the lawyers idle.

When posting, or replying to a post, I recommend you use the Preview facility. In this way, a surprising number of errors can be spotted before despatch, while it can also ensure your post keeps to the point of the thread being discussed.

Please do not use the "Sticky" or the "Announcement" facilities; these are meant for the use of the members of the Administration Team.
