Bipolar Fellowship Scotland and Glasgow Association for Mental Health are holding a Carers Open Day, Monday 6 October 2008, 11am - 3pm, Trades Hall of Glasgow, 85 Glassford Street, Glasgow, G1 1UH.

The Open Day will be helpful for people who care for someone affected by mental health problems or dementia. There will be information available on mental health/dementia services, carers services, welfare rights and more. Therapeutic massage will also be available.
