Bipolar Fellowship Scotland last visited the A.K. Bell library Perth in 2003 for its annual conference. With the rise of the internet I don't go in so much but the last few visits has made me conclude that google is too efficient. As part of CPD (continuing professional development) I was looking at books on accounts and business practice and in the same section I saw a book on CODES by Simon Singh featuring hieroglyphics and quantum cryptography. I suspect Simon's book is easier to follow than business methods.
On the next visit I borrowed Scots Law, theory and practice by Wylie and Crossan. I did not take out a book on divorce law stating 'don't pee on my leg and tell me its raining'. See
